Aviation Day for Girls May 23, 2026

Each spring, the Chicago Area Chapter has held an event to help Girl Scouts earn badges related to the STEAM subjects of aviation and aerodynamics.  The event is now open to any girl aged 10-18. 

 Subjects will include:

Forces of Flight
Women Flying Through History
Aviation Careers
Communication and Navigation
Airplane Preflight

This year, Aviation Day is scheduled for May 23 at Lewis University.
